Technology, Production and Testing
At present, we have more than 50 sets of advanced processing and testing equipment, which can produce more than 200 specifications of aluminum shell and connector, including die-casting shell, stamping lower shell, injection molding machine and needle bending tools. When the product starts to be ordered for production, we have traceability for each process, so that when there is a problem with the product, we can accurately find the location of the problem. When the products are delivered out of the warehouse, we can carry out sampling inspection on the products to ensure that the quality is qualified.
